Kendall Brock

Kendall has assisted clients in the completion of mergers, acquisitions, finance transactions, real estate sales, purchase and leasing transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, insurance placement analysis, claims, and coverage, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and resolution of business disputes.

Kendall served 5 years as transactional attorney in private practice and 12 years in General Counsel roles with two diversified Texas medical holding companies. He has worked closely alongside CEOs and CFOs of mid-market organizations, providing direct and supervisory legal support while fostering strong relationships and trust through all levels of the organization.

Kendall completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets. He lives in Houston with his wife and their four children, is an avid mountain biker, and a member of Houston’s First Baptist Church.
